Environmental appraisal & EIA screening

We provide environmental advice and input at the early stage of projects, including feasibility studies and optioneering, as well as issues and opportunities appraisal. 

We undertake EIA Screening for projects to identify whether EIA is needed. This includes undertaking a review of publicly available environmental information, supported, where necessary, by site visits to verify surrounding land uses. We prepare screening reports that can be submitted in support of requests for formal screening opinions to planning authorities and support pre-application discussions.

Environmental Impact Assessment

We offer a full EIA coordination service including:
